Lip Plumper!!!

This is Maddie and her best friend, Kayla. One day, they were playing really well (and quietly) and then came in to tell Jessica (Kayla's mom) and me that their faces hurt. We turned to notice their faces were bright red! Apparently, they'd gotten into Jessica's purse and found the "lip gloss" and decided to put it on. Little did they know that it had an ingredient in it that could plump your lips. So, instead of plumping just their lips, it plumped their cheeks too! They obviously didn't put it on just their lips. It was on their arms and faces as well! For the next 30 minutes or so, all they could do was say their faces hurt. Jessica said that when she's used it, it does burn pretty bad! Didn't know we had some glamour girls on our hands so young!

Our St. Patty's Day Celebration

Okay, so I know I'm a little late at posting this, but I just decided I'd go ahead and add it anyhow.....since we are an Irish family and all! :) This was Maddie before we left the house that morning. We took the train to Fort Worth to visit the stockyards with my aunt and uncle from Alabama and sister and brother-in-law from Spain. We had a blast and got some cute family pictures. Maddie loved seeing the longhorns walk through the street! She was very concerned that they were gonna run Marty over though. She's such a little mama.

Music to a mother's ears!

Okay, I had to share this. My sweet baby boy is laughing in this video. He LOVES to be naked and seems to get the giggles when he is. So, I got out the camera and started recording. So. Sweet! It truly is music to a mother's ears! He did get a little camera shy, but you get the picture. I could eat him up! (as Nana says). If you listen closely, you can hear sweet Uncle Fabrizio in the background. This was taken while Aunt Blake and Uncle Fabri were visiting from Spain. LOVE the accent, "Aunt" Fabri!

Sweet Siblings!

Okay, I'm new at this blogging, so be nice to me. I thought this was a good way to start....with my children looking like they love each other! :) When I try to get ready in the mornings, I will lay Isaac down on this playmat you see here and he loves to watch the little farm animals move and hear the music. Well, of course, big sis can't miss out on any of the fun! She somehow managed to wedge herself in there with him and she points out the animals and likes to tell me, "Mama, he's happy!" Okay, if you say so Madeline! Isaac is not allowed to have any fun without her wanting in on it. Oh, sibling rivalry....and so young! Oh well, it's at least teaching him tolerance. :)
